Brief Biography

Prof. Sarsar is a lecturer in public law and has supervised numerous Ph.D. theses. He actively participates in committees for thesis examination, promotions, and reviews, and has made significant contributions through publications and scientific works in Arabic, French, and English.

Scientific and Professional Experience:

• Currently serves as the Dean of the College of Criminal Justice and Chair of the Promotion Committee at NAUSS.

• Previously held the position of professor and director of the doctoral school at Tunis El Manar University.

• Formerly served as the Chairman of the Independent Higher Electoral Commission.
