His Excellency Dr. Mohammad bin Ali Kuman

Secretary-General of the Arab Interior Ministers Council

Dr. Kuman has held the position of Secretary-General of the Arab Interior Ministers Council since 2001. Prior to assuming this role, he served as a lecturer at the College of Economics and Administration, eventually advancing to the position of Assistant Professor of Law within the same college. His academic journey continued as he took on the role of Head of the Systems Department (Law). Dr. Kuman obtained his bachelor's degree from King Saud University. He furthered his academic pursuits by earning a master's degree from the College of Administrative Sciences, specializing in Law, and a Ph.D. in Criminal Law and Forensic Sciences from the University of Poitiers in France. In addition to his academic expertise, he actively contributes as a member of several advisory committees. He has also served as a member of the Arab Court for Arbitration affiliated with the Arab Commission. Dr. Kuman has authored several research papers and books within his areas of specialization in law and security.
