Mr. Hammouchi holds dual positions of great importance in the Kingdom of Morocco, serving as both the Director General of Territorial Surveillance and the Director General of National Security. Throughout his career, Mr. Hammouchi has demonstrated exceptional competence, earning numerous promotions as a testament to his capabilities. His career trajectory includes advancements to the rank of Excellent Police Brigadier in 1997, followed by promotions to Regional Brigadier in 2001, General Inspector in 2004, and ultimately Police Chief in 2006. Mr. Hammouchi has actively pursued various certifications in intelligence analysis, administrative facilitation, and crisis management, further enhancing his expertise in these areas. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he was honored with the Order of the Throne with the rank of Knight by His Majesty King Mohammed VI in 2011. Mr. Hammouchi is widely regarded as one of the leading specialists in combating terrorist cells and their tactics. He possesses extensive knowledge of Moroccan political movements and their diverse ideologies. In addition to his roles within Morocco, he has shared his expertise by delivering lectures to security agencies across Moroccan, Arab, European, and American contexts. His focus has been on sharing Morocco's experiences in counterterrorism efforts, providing valuable insights and lessons learned.
