Master's Program in Economic Crimes
Economic crimes and financial fraud represent significant threats to the economic development plans and programs of countries at the macroeconomic level. They present formidable obstacles to economic growth and development. These crimes, which encompass various types and often have transnational dimensions, are complex and have far-reaching economic and societal consequences. Aligned with NAUSS mission to cultivate Arab leaders and experts in security fields, this program has been developed to educate specialized professionals in combating economic crimes. This program addresses the needs of relevant agencies by equipping individuals with the necessary skills to mitigate and investigate such crimes effectively.
1 Special Admission Requirements:
- Holding a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: law, criminal justice, Islamic Sharia, financial and administrative sciences, security sciences, computer science, and criminology. Students from other disciplines may be accepted if the admissions committee deems their background to be relevant to the field of economic crimes, provided the applicant has practical experience in the field of the program.
- Obtaining a minimum score of 5.0 in the IELTS language test or its equivalent in standard English language tests.
- Successful completion of a personal interview
Graduation Requirements
Successfully completing the required program hours with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.75 out of 5.00 within the specified timeframe necessary to fulfill the requirements for obtaining the academic degree
