Brief Biography:

He worked as a lecturer at the University of Gezira in the Republic of Sudan, King Faisal University, and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology.

He has published many research and scientific papers in a number of high-quality scientific journals in the field of specialization, and has a number of publications in the field of descriptive and biological statistics..

He participated in preparing a number of scientific studies and formulating traffic safety strategies on the roads, and works as Head of the Traffic Research and Statistics Department at the Road Traffic Safety Center.

Scientific and Professional Experience:

• Academic and practical experience in the field of statistics for more than 35 years. 
  

• He holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Arizona, Tucson, USA, in 1980. He holds a professorship..
  

• He contributed to establishing statistics departments and developing curricula in a number of universities in Sudan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  

• He participated in the founding of both the University of Expatriates - Khartoum, and the University of Gezira in Sudan.​.
