​Brief Biography

Dr. Al-Minshawy delivers lectures in criminal law, actively participates in international conferences, and has numerous scientific publications in regional and international journals.

Scientific and Professional Experience:

  • Currently serves as the Director of the Master's Program in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences at the university.

  • Previously held teaching positions at the Institute of Public Administration, Graduate Studies at Arab East Colleges in Riyadh, and Gulf University in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

  • Worked as an advisor to the Civil Service Commission in Kuwait and served as Director of Legal Affairs at Cairo University.

  • Recipient of the Rashid Bin Humaid Cultural and Science Award in its 36th session 2020.

  • Recognized as the Personality of the Year by the International Association for Creativity and Humanities.

  • Honored among the top 100 personalities for the year 2020.

  • Named Personality of the Year and included among the top 100 global personalities for 2022 by the International Fellowship for Creativity and Humanities in London, England.
