Brief Biography

Dr. Masoud delivers lectures in the field of forensic analytical chemistry, with numerous distinguished research published in high-impact scientific journals such as the Journal of Analytical Toxicology and Journal of Chromatography B, in addition to his active participation in national and international scientific events.

Scientific and Professional Experience:

  • Holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the Faculty of Science, Al-Azhar University, in research collaboration with the Toxicology Unit at St. George's University Hospitals, London, United Kingdom.

  • Possesses qualitative expertise in forensic analytical chemistry spanning over 22 years.

  • Possesses extensive academic and professional experience in drug analysis and forensic toxicology using chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques (HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS/MS).

  • Volunteered as the chief reviewer for many scientific publishers and participated in examining numerous Master's and Ph.D. theses.

  • Supervised many Master's and Ph.D. theses in the field of forensic chemistry during his tenure in the Department of Forensic Chemistry.
