Brief Biography

Prof. Bleebish delivers lectures in the field of public law and serves as a consultant to NAUSS Vice-Presidency for External Relations. He holds multiple certificates in training as a human rights trainer, specializing in international humanitarian law, diplomatic law, and electoral law. With numerous published research papers and contributions to national and international scientific events, he played a pivotal role in establishing two non-governmental organizations and actively participated in various organizations.

Scientific and Professional Experience:

  • Possesses extensive scientific and professional experience spanning over 35 years across various legal domains.

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree from Tunisian universities and obtained a Master’s degree and Ph.D. from France in public law.

  • Holds certifications in history and completion of studies on American foreign policy from the University of Delaware, USA.

  • Previously served as a higher education professor, head of the political science department, and director of the Master's program in human rights and international humanitarian law at the University of Tunis El Manar.

  • Served as a legal advisor to the United Nations Development Programme and the international non-governmental organization “The Carter Center" (Tunis/Atlanta).

  • Contributed to the Independent High Electoral Commission and the Tunisian School of Politics as a training director.
