​  Ms. Celine Fröling joined IOM Saudi Arabia’s Migration and Border Governance Unit as a Project Officer from IOM’s mission in Djibouti where she served as Programme Officer and oversaw the implementation and development of all projects. Ms. Céline previously worked with IOM in Libya as a Search and Rescue Programme Officer and with the Cairo office as a Migration and Border Governance Specialist. She is also a regional representative of IOM’s Global Staff Association Committee. Prior to joining IOM, Ms. Céline worked in Ecuador with the European Union and the Dutch Government. Ms. Céline holds an MSc in Criminology from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Social Sciences from Utrecht University College. Ms. Céline speaks Dutch, English, Spanish, some French and Arabic, which she hopes to improve in the coming years.​
